Course Aim
The Level 3 Award in Food Safety qualification aimed at supervisors, team leaders and line managers working in the food industry. This includes those working in distribution and storage. Learners gaining this qualification will know, and be able to apply, the knowledge relating to the supervisor’s role at all stages of food production. This is a fully interactive Multimedia workshop given in English and other regional languages like Hindi and Urdu.

Course Details
This qualification has been developed to benefit anyone working in a supervisory position where food is prepared, cooked and served. It is relevant to all catering operations – for example, hotels, restaurants, travel, contract catering, fast food outlets, in hospitals, care and nursing homes, schools.
