Course Aim
The awareness workshop is a four hours workshop. This is a fully interactive Multimedia workshop given in English and other regional languages like Hindi & Urdu. The Level 1 Award in Food Safety for catering, manufacturing or retail is a qualification intended for learners working in a catering, manufacturing or retail environment in a role dealing with food, and for those who are preparing to work in such a role.
